For our community to be a place where people can celebrate joy and love for generations to come, we need to do business in a mindful, responsible, and ethical way (while still having lots of fun). • Economic: by operating our businesses professionally and with integrity and transparency, we build an industry that clients can trust and that we can be proud of
  

• Personal: by sustaining ourselves (and our staff) - financially, mentally, and physically - we’re better able to address the other three pillars while supporting our clients, colleagues, and community
